Norbu Stress Control & Music Norbu provides services that allow users to use their breathing and meditation sessions to reduce stress (caused at work, in relationships, with a busy rhythm of life), make the mind more calm, focused and resistant to stress factors, feel more confident and happy in daily life.

AUDIO DATA
By installing Norbu Stress Control you agree to automatically download audio files (audio support for training and meditation). Please check your mobile data plan or make sure the app downloads when connected to WiFi.

1.Payment and transaction information
When you purchase a Premium account, we collect your payment information: credit card, payment authentication code, billing addresses, date and time of your transaction.
How we may use it: a) to process your purchases through our Service, b) to detect and prevent fraud.
Legal basis of the processing: a) the basis for this processing is to perform the contract that is related to these associated activities and services, b) the processing is necessary for the detection and prevention of fraud for our legitimate interests.
2.Subscriptions information
Information about your subscription to our Service. Whether you use a free or a Premium version: date and time of your account activation, duration of your subscription, date you unsubscribed, any in-app purchase.
How we may use it: a) to provide, maintain, operate you the features and functionality of the Service; b) to develop new products and features, to improve the Service.
Legal basis of the processing: a) the basis for this processing is to perform the contract that is related to these associated activities and services; b) the processing is necessary to develop and improve our Service, which is necessary for the legitimate interests of our business; с) the processing is necessary informing direct marketing, which is necessary for the legitimate interests of our business.
We may share your information with in-app purchase information with Google, Inc. or Apple Inc. for the purposes of purchase through app store and processing in-app purchasing.

When you contact us directly by technical support chat, we will record your comments and opinions. We also may collect messages you send to us (for example technical support in order to provide support).

Despite these measures, the user should know that the Company can not completely eliminate the risks related to security and can not guarantee the security of our service 100%. In case of any information under our control is compromised because of security breach, Company will take necessary steps to investigate the situation, the Company will notify users whose information is compromised and will act in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. Company will never send you unsolicited emails or contact you by phone requesting your credit or debit card information or national identification numbers.

NORBU IS A PROVIDER OF MEDITATION AND BREATHING TECHNIQUES IN THE WELLNESS. WE ARE NOT A HEALTH CARE OR MEDICAL DEVICE PROVIDER. OUR SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS MEDICAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND, AND IS NOT INTENDED TO TREAT ANY ILLNESS, DISEASE, OR ADVERSE MEDICAL CONDITION OR MANAGE A CHRONIC DISEASE OR CONDITION. ONLY YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER HEALTH CARE PROVIDER CAN DO THAT.
There is a third party evidence from research that meditation can assist prevent a wide range of conditions, improve some of the problems with working capacity, concentration and relationships, Norbu makes no claims or guarantees that the Service provide a therapeutic benefit. Any information provided in the Service is for general informational purposes only. You make a decision regarding the information provided in the Service and take responsibility for your actions.
People with existing mental health conditions should speak with their health care providers before starting a meditation practice.
By using the Service, you expressly agree that use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “as available” basis. Company does not warrant that use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Service or the products or services offered for sale on the Service.
### SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
User can access to the Service in several ways:
Free Trial: a free-of-charge trainings, which gives unlimited access to three days of our Service (all the trainings and challenges).
Lifetime purchase: “Premium Lifetime”, “Norbu Premium Lifetime Promo” gives unlimited lifetime access to all trainings and challenges.
One month subscription: “Norbu Premium Monthly” subscription is paid in monthly installments, which gives access to all the trainings and challenges including three days of trial. By subscribing to One month subscription you can cancel it within three days before any charges.
One year subscription: “Norbu Premium Annual” subscription is paid in yearly installments, which gives access to all the trainings and challenges including three days of trial. By subscribing to One year subscription you can cancel it within three days before any charges.
For the purposes of our monthly and yearly subscriptions, a month constitutes 30 calendar days and a year constitutes 365 calendar days:
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
- The user may manage subscriptions & may turn off auto-renewal by going to Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
Unlimited access to one training: unlimited lifetime access to training or a challenge that you choose to purchase.
Promo codes: we can offer a promo code for month/year free access to one specific training / challenge or to the Service (all trainings and challenges) or a promo code with a specific date range. Note that once the duration of promo code is over, you’ll be billed at the standard renewal price.
###CHANGING FEES AND CHARGES
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Privacy Policy & Terms of Use, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
###SUBSCRIPTIONS CANCELLATION
1. You may cancel a Monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the applicable monthly period.
2. You may cancel a Yearly subscription plan at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the applicable annual period.
In order to cancel a subscription in App Store you need to:
- Select your account in the device Settings
- Tap iTunes and App Store
- Tap your Apple ID
- Tap “View Apple ID”
- Scroll down and tap “Subscriptions”
- Unsubscribe.
If you purchase a subscription through the Google Play store you may cancel automatic renewals in account settings under Subscriptions in the Google Play app, or according to the current process outlined by Google Play.
### CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT
Company may modify or update the Privacy Policy periodically. You should from time to time review this Privacy Policy. When we update Privacy Policy we also update “last modified date” at the bottom of the page. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy or in how we will use your personal information, Company will either notify the user in advance by posting a notice or directly sending a notification.
### COPYRIGHT
The techniques, sequence of steps in the session, breathing methods, graphics, music and texts (content) used in the application are created and owned by Norbu. Copying, modification of content, commercial use without our permission is not allowed.
